The time commitment per search is typically four to eight hours. You are not managing the process — Force does that. You are the expert judgment on top of the AI infrastructure.
Operators are compensated per search engagement. The structure is straightforward — a fixed fee for longlist assessment plus a success element tied to placement. Details discussed in the first conversation.
