The observation

Force started with an observation: growth-stage companies were losing months — and sometimes the right candidate — to search processes built for a slower world. The operator model came first. Then the technology to power it at scale. Every search since has added to a proprietary intelligence layer that makes the next one sharper.

The first thing Force did was build a network of operators — people who had held the roles we were being asked to fill. A CTO who had scaled from 15 to 150 engineers.
